THE COMMUNITIES
Sunny Oaks Community consists of three separate properties, all within close proximity to each other– Sunny Oaks, Sunny Pines and our newest property, The Reserve. Each property is comparable with RV site types and amenities along with a beautiful natural setting.
Sunny Pines
Located just up the road from our main office, Sunny Pines is the smaller of the three parks and the most wooded. Sunny Pines has large shaded level RV lots geared towards longer term stays. Amenities at Sunny Pines include a centralized mail box, picnic tables, onsite laundry facilities and wifi. Sunny Pines residents often come together for community gatherings such as BBQs.
The Reserve

Our newest property, The Reserve features an additional 60 premium RV lots in a spectacular setting of beautiful, old Oaks and state of the art amenities that will include a bathhouse and laundry facilities.
Sunny Oaks
Conveniently located less than one quarter mile from
I-295, Sunny Oaks is the location of our office and the larger of our three parks. Sunny Oaks has approximately one hundred lots to choose from. It now serves only RVs. Sunny Oaks offers community amenities such as a children's play park, picnic tables, grills, onsite laundry facilities, centralized mail boxes and wifi. Great for families with children. Families often gather for BBQs and community events.
